I am passionate about horse welfare, and horsemanship, helping riders break down their movement and riding problems. And helping riders who have chronic pain.
I’m a restorative exercise specialist. A musculoskeletal therapist for both humans and horses. I’ve worked with thousands of horses and riders for over 25 years. Qualified riding coach and rider, I’ve competed in dressage, showjumping, and cross country.
