Awaken your full riding potential and Enhance performance!

I often hear horse owners say. “I look after my horse, but not myself.” I understand time and the cost of owning a horse can lead you to neglect yourself. Equestrians, we’re known for battling through pain and injuries and;

  • Postural issues which pull, push, or throw you out of alignment when you ride.

  • Or maybe it’s those subtle corrections you just can’t master.

  • Aches, pains and restrictions can prevent your body from doing what you want in the saddle. Sometimes, it even feels like you’re fighting against it.

  • Working on your horse’s performance but neglecting your own.

    Rider analysis apps and visual tools, like alignment markers on clothing, provide useful feedback on a rider’s position. I go beyond what’s visible to uncover the deeper reasons behind your riding habits and challenges. By addressing the root cause, I offer tailored, practical, sustainable solutions that enhance your riding, movement, health, and benefit your horse.
